Please help me plan for my niece's family

So this weekend my niece surprises me with the news that she's taking her family on a 'last minute' trip to WDW Of course they didn't have any meals planned and asked me to help her out. Their traveling party consists of DN, her DH, their DS9, DD6, and DS3. They will not have park hopper just base tickets. They aren't morning people and usually sleep in, so no early morning ADRs. They will probably be eating in the resort before hitting the parks. While touring they plan on snacking or grabbing QS, then have one TS meal each day. They would prefer a character meal for their TS each day. Here's what I've been able to get them so far:

Sun. 2/28/10. Epcot. 6:40PM Garden Grill. Her kids like Chip and Dale and she wanted to try it out once. Illuminations is at 10PM so timing will work out just fine for them.

Mon. 3/1/10. Magic Kingdom. No ADR yet. Spectromagic is at 7PM and Wishes is at 8PM.

Tue. 3/2/10. Animal Kingdom. 10:20AM Tusker House Donald's Safari Breakfast. This will be the only 'early' meal for them. Not sure if I should book her another TS meal this evening elsewhere. AK closes at 5PM.

Wed. 3/3/10. Magic Kingdom. 4:10PM Cinderella's Royal Table. Yes, I was shocked to be able to secure this reservation for them yesterday. Spectromagic is at 7PM and Wishes at 8PM.

Thu. 3/4/10. Hollywood Studios. No ADR yet. Fantasmic! is at 7PM (only show that night).

I tried for Crystal Palace and Chef Mickeys on Monday MK day, and Hollywood and Vine on Thursday. No luck. Any ideas? Any suggestions? Your help would be much appreciated.

HOping you can get them a F! Dining pkg...but if H&V is sold out....then I guess it doesn't look good....

GOod luck in picking up a Great F! pkg for them...and for the other resorts....

for the magic kindom day it would be easy to hop the mono rail and go to 1900 and back again
I know its not a charater but for DS my kids LOVED Sci-fi
they are 8 and 5
the sitting in the cars were so cool to them

we love the ltt for mk if cp hasnt opened back up then it will be a character meal(we just did it in january)
as for dhs can say we have any tips we only grab snacks in that park

1900 PF is a good option for the MK day. It's just a quick monorail ride away. Also, not a character meal but we were just at Whispering Canyon Cafe and my kids (DD,5 and DS,4) really loved it. Said it was one of their favorite spots. That's also a quick jump from MK.

^^^Thanks for all the great suggestions. I got her 1900 Park Fare for Monday's dinner. This actually works out great as she will be dining with friends from Orlando who won't be able to join them inside the parks. Then for her Hollywood Studios day on Thursday, she'll be having lunch at Hollywood and Vine (no Fantasmic! dinner package), but at least they'll see the characters from Playhouse Disney. She's happy with all the ressies I got her and I'm super excited for her and her family. I hope they have a great time!
