Hi~~Let me start by saying that I am a "planner" borderline obsessive :rolleyes1 . I received an e-mail from Rosie last night telling me that we have a telephone planning session on Wednesday at 11:00am. I was so excited to hear from her because she had e-mailed me over a month ago and never heard back. I know she is a busy lady judging from the late hour of her e-mail.

Anyway, I know that she handles all things floral and decorations for the ceremony site. Can anyone tell me what other details she handles? I wanted to make a checklist so that I don't forget anything. I know her time is limited and precious.

If anyone is willing to share any suggestions I am all ears!!

Thanks so much and have a great afternoon!!:yay:

I had my phone consultation with Rosie this past Thursday. She is great! She had a lot of great ideas and she was really sweet.
She also handles photography. I had already set up my Honeymoon and MK shoots, but she double checked everything and made sure I was good to go and didn't have any questions. I was kind of surprised she did so much so I couldn't think of any!

I hope that helps!

sorry i can't help, but your title made me laugh!

sorry to butt in on your thread seaprincess.
emwit27 - how did you set up your Mk and honeymoon shoots? I was only assigned my planner (Jennifer) just over a week ago but really want to put in my photoshoots as soon as poss as I have limited time that I can fit them in. Do I have to wait for someone to contact me, or can I go to someone now? Thanks in advance, Dee

I scheduled my MK shoot with my planner very early on. She notified "events" (which Rosie is associated with). When I had my phone session with Rosie she confirmed the MK shoot and we scheduled our honeymoon shoot. Rosie is awesome !!! Just in describing a picture to her she started naming flowers that she thought I was trying to describe to her. When I emailed the pictures to her, she was right !! I trust her completely with my floral and special event needs. I was so impressed when I spoke with her and in the emails back and forth. :cheer2:

I know, I was the same way...anxious to get everything in order right away. When I spoke to my planner (Tanis) I told her about the photoshoots and she was able to book them with Disney photography. It took about a week after our conversation for her to email me back and say we were set. I would definately talk to Jennifer about it now. Hope that helps!
