Please help me get a pin

Did you get an offer on a new email account?
My PIN was emailed to both my work and home email accounts - one I have had for 7 years, the other for 15.

Do you clear your "cookies" before you go onto Disney site?
I never clear cookies.

Did you save a package or room only?
I priced dozens and dozens of different packages - room only, tickets only, full packages with and without dining. I never saved one.

Do you save package with dining?
Never saved any quotes.

If so, what dining package did you save, QS,DDP?
I priced packages with and without QS, DDP, DxDP and Platinum plans.

What type ticket did you save?
Never saved any quotes.

How many days was on the offer you saved?
Never saved any quotes. Priced mostly 7 night packages.

How old are your kids?
One 8 year old at time of travel.

What dates did you save?
Never saved any quotes. Most of the dates I was pricing were in August and September although I priced some in April and June also.

Do you save value, moderate,deluxe....?
Never saved any quotes. Priced all the above but mostly Deluxes.

Do you get Disney Destinations emails like monthly "Hello" and Explore online?
I get a bunch of different emails from Disney.

Do you chat online when trying to save offers?
Never.

Do you save itineraries?
Nope.

On itineraries do you mark you need tickets?
n/a

On itineraries do you mark you need a room?
n/a

Have you filled out your profile on Disney site?
Yes.

On your profile, do you mark how many times you've visited Disney?
Yes, and we have been to WDW twice and DLR once on vacations I booked online through WDTC.

I received my PIN within 3 hours after booking. I hade been pricing various packages off and on for close to two weeks.

HI...we have been to Disney 5 times in the last 2 years. 2 adults,2 kids. I have never done anything special...never saved anything to my account...usually book less than 3 months out....mostly about a month out.Always book room..tix and dining together.

We get a PIN almost every month in our email...both me and my hubby....for some reason...and every couple months we get a PIN in the snail mail.

I have never signed up for anything like the planning dvd. I really don't think there is any ryme or reason....we have only used a PIN one time....usually whatever disney is offering to the public works for us.

I booked a room for my parents with a new email addy I made for my mom. The room was for September. 2 days later she gets a PIN...for May? :confused3
I still have received nada. And every time I call the CM is less than magical about my inquiry.
