I purchased a cute photo album in Juneau Alaska. It is designed for 4x6 photos in landscape (horizontal) one picture on each page, so two photos back to back in a sleeve.
The album itself is 8" by 4.75". It is postbound - there are screws in the binding that you can expand. The sleeves I am looking for are 7.5" long, (including about 1.125" for the binding,) and about 4.125" wide. There are two post holes about 2.5" apart.
The first sleeve has a sticker on it that says, "this album is expandable, you can add more photo sheets!" I have looked everywhere I can think of, and searched online with any phrase that has come to mind. I only found ONE pack of them - and by the time I purchase and ship them, it will cost about $16, which is more than I paid for the little album.
There is no manufacturer on the album or box it came in, and the upc doesn't show up in any database - it must have been an inventory sticker for the store. It was manufactured in China, and has only 12 sleeves inside. I am stumped.
The cover is a hard cardboard with a map of Alaska on it, a window for a cover photo, a medallion that is a compass, three tiny photographs with a paper clip, and a miniature luggage tag, six little initial buttons that spell "travel" and a metal tag that says Alaska.
I guess one picture on a page is not very popular. Does anyone have any ideas?
