Please help me figure out timelines for these points

A couple of months ago I bought a small BCV resale contract, Feb UY with banked 2009 points. I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around dates for these banked points and am trying to figure out 3 timeline questions:

1. When would be the last date I could stay in a DVC resort with these points--probably Jan 31 2011?

2. If I use these points to make a booking are there deadlines I need to be aware of?

3. If I can't get to a DVC resort before Jan 31 2011, what kind of timeline am I looking at to rent these points?

If you bank 2009 points into 2010, they are now 2010 points and all of the rules for 2010 points apply. They need to be used before the end of your 2010 UY or they will be forfeited.

As disneynutz said, your banked points are now 2010 points and are no different than your 2010 allotment, other than they can not be banked again.

They are good for stays up to and including January 31, 2011. You should not have any problems finding a resort to use them at as long as you are flexible. Every resort has some availability between now and January 31, 2011.

Renting is no different. If you can find accommodations for your guests within the same paramaters as noted above, then you're good to go.

Your points are not subject to any 'deadlines' other than their expire date. The newely allocated points that you received on February 1 of this year are subject to normal banking deadlines (bank by September 30, 2010).
