Please help me figure out this restaurant that I ate at in the Animal Kingdom

I ate at a place in the Animal Kingdom. I got a large salad. The people called me to the ordering station when my salad was done. Then I walked over to a bar station that had all kinds of toppings for my salad. Im pretty sure it had bacon, avocados, blue cheese, olives, hard boiled eggs, at the very least. I dont think that the place just served salad, but they had a bar with all kinds of toppings that could go on a salad and on other foods. Im pretty sure that the place had indoor seating, but if it was not indoor seating, than at the very least the seating was covered. I think the restaurant location itself was near the Dinosaur attraction, but I could be totally off on that. Im pretty sure there was a plant garden/trees area (sort of like a small maze) right "across the street" from the restaurant. But I could be wrong. Also im pretty sure that the salad was only about $10, but it may have been $15.
Also I went to the restaurant in question about June of last year.

Disney Food Blog states that they have a good "toppings" bar like at Pecos Bill's in the Magic Kingdom.
