Please help me decide which ADR to cancel

DH and I are going to WDW in November to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We will be there for 7 nights and on the DeLuxe Dining Plan. I had 7 restaurants chosen (all Signatures except for Le Cellier) for our 7 dinners, however now that more information has come out regarding La Hacienda I've decided that we have to try it. I have been unable to switch my dinner reservation at Le Cellier to lunch so I guess I'm going to have to give up one of my dinner ressies. Since DH is of no help I am pleading to all of you for advice. In addition to voting, please feel free to add any comments as well. Thanks!

Easy choice--Le Cellier.

I say Le Cellier. Mainly because it is an Epcot restaurant and you are switching to another Epcot restaurant - so schedule wise it would make more sense. Also, since you have Yachtsman on there you will get your fill of "steakhouse" fare. I think for the steakhouse option you should keep Yachtsman. Since it is your 25th - it is a little more relaxed and quiet so you can really take the time to enjoy your meal. Sometimes Le Cellier can be crazy loud and bustling. And the tables are so close you feel like you are dining with the people sitting next to you - kind of kills the romance and relaxation of the meal.

I have never been to any of those restaurant's, but wanted to tell you that I have heard wonderful things about Narcoose's, so I think you should KEEP that one

I vote to get rid of Yachtsmen and keep Le Cellier. We ate at the Yachtsmen last July and hated it, the steak was poor quality and the atmosphere was lacking..Narcoossees was also a disappointment last visit, the lobster was tough. On a brighter note we loved CG, the sushi was great !
