please help me choose btw poly and beach club

We're a family of 4 with two boys aged 2 and 4. We want some relaxing time by the pool during our 5 day stay and think our kids would really enjoy the kiddie area at the beach club resort (small slide looks pretty cool!), but also see the convenience of the monorail at the poly as a real plus. Am wondering if zero entry pool at poly (i understand there is no seperate kiddie pool) is really a good choice for young children.

You should ask this at the resorts board. I think the zero entry pool is fine for kids. Just watch them. Most of the kiddie pools while not being very deep have a pretty big step into them.

My persoanl opinion would be to stay at the BC. While the monorail is great, you can walk to EPCOT, take a boat ride to MGM and, yes, you do have to take a bus to MK or AK.

You also have walking and boating access to Boardwalk.

The pool at BC is, by far, better. Much more options for the boys.

I'm biased here in that since our honeymoon in '94, we ONLY stay at the Yacht or Beach club!LOL! Going back in 197 days!!! Good luck with your decison! FWIW, my girls had a BLAST in stormalong bay when we went Dec. 2004!!! They still talk about the pool endlessly!

I think its a toss up. If you weigh the amount of down time you think you will get against the convienience of being by the MK, it will make up your mind for you. Being at the POLY in the evening is nice since you can see the fireworks from the side of the lake. If your children were older I would say BC, but at their age I'd go with POLY.

I love them both !!! Such a hard choice but u know what they are both convienent...Have u thought about doing a split stay? If not im gonna go out on a limb here and say go for the BC
