Please help - lost dog near Gainesville Fl

Hello I know this a long shot but I have to try everything. While on vacation in Gainesville our dog, Abby, bolted out of our relatives door while we were not there. She disappeared near the Walmart on 35th St but last spotted 7 miles away near the Blues Creek/Weschester communities. She is short haired brown and white about 40 lbs.
