Please help! Logistical question...

Ok...here is the scoop...

We have a 2-bedroom at OKW from 12/1-12/12. My parents and our family (DH, myself, and our 2 boys) are staying in this room. We have the dining plan.

My brother is staying at BLT for those dates as well. He recently found out that he will not be able to come down until 12/6. He wants to keep his entire ressie, and let my parents stay in the room until he gets there on the 6th.

Question:

1. My parents will be checking-in to the 2-bedroom at OKW and paying for the dining plan under that ressie. Can they also check-in at BLT? My brother was going to put one of their names on is ressie.

Or if they can't do that...what CAN they do so that they will be able to enjoy BLT for those first few nights, but really still be on our ressie?

I believe someone can be listed as guests on multiple reservations, just not as the lead guest at the same time.

I think he can add them to the reservation without any issue. They would end up having both KTTW cards.
