Please help: How do I thank a WDW worker?

We had a wonderful experience with a couple of disney cast members (Lost authograph book and two members gave us new book and collected 15 authographs for us) and I want to thank them and brag to their supervisers about them. How do I get a hold of them and/or tell their supervisors?? Tried basic disney site and saw nothing. Thanks.
