Please help, how do I book with DirectAir's Friends and Family voucher??

Today's supposedly the day we can book using our vouchers. I'm leaving for Disney tomorrow, so have to get this done. I can't find anything on the website. Thanks in advance!

I widh I had known it was friends and family redemption. I didn't get any this time so I missed the beginning of redemption. I hope things quiet down by Wed when I call to prepay for my bags.

They're phones get slammed during the redemption.

I emailed them almost 48 hours ago with our flight choices ( they make you pick 2 ). The website says they will email you back if a reservation is made. You can't get through their phone lines. When should I start to worry?

I have to call today to prepay for my bags tomorrow and dreading it. Just set aside some time and dial dial dial until you get through. My DH booked us online and I called and we were on our flights no problem.

I am flying tomorrow so I will post how it all goes.
