I've been to Disney several times and I am going back in August.

My boyfriend (30's) has NEVER been :sad2: and said that he would like to come with me (solo trip if he doesnt).

So we are going in August with the free dining for 5 nights/6 days.

He wants me to plan the whole thing (since I'm the "expert" but he hasnt met some of you yet. I am no comparison)

Anything that you guys can think of to really show him the magic that I wouldn't think of?
He is a breakfast person but I don't think he would be into the characters, would it still be worth it (like chef mickeys or ohana)? Any other good breakfast places?
Which park should I take him to first?? Should I not worry about it or will it make a difference in the experience?
I'm taking him to Jellyrolls because I've never been and skipping PI completely because we are not club people and just don't have enough nights (and I am unimpressed with PI after being there twice)
I want to celebrate his birthday while we are there (it's the following week) I was thinking Le Cellier then Illuminations one night but if anyone has any better ideas feel free.
Thanks for the help!

I think for brekkie I'd do Crystal Palace, its a little quieter than CM, and what man doesn't love all you can eat!
As far as parks go, start him with MK, and if it doesn't turn him Disney then nothing will! :lmao: If it doesn't :confused3 then move on to Epcot for more adult pursuits (Ew,that sounds nasty) and MGM for thrill rides.

love breakfast at WDW

with characters
Chef Mickey's at the Cont
Goofy's Beach blast at Cape May Cafe at the BC

without characters
Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL - my brother loves this one - but I am easily embassed....
Kona Cafe at the Polyn
Trail's end restuarant at Fort Wilderness - your cheapest alternative-also the hardest to get too
Boma at AKL
Yacht Club Gallery - I didn't like it as much as the others

all of my choices are at the resorts. I hate to spend time in the theme parks eating.....besides you have better choices at the resorts.

where are you staying?

We are Staying at POP or ASMu (I still have to wait for exact dates so I can't be picky). I've stayed at ASMu but never POP. It's a place to rest our heads at night. Anyone have an opinion?

So I should take this (very) manly man and drag him to a character breakfast? Should I warn him first?? :rotfl2:

He has no clue what he got himself into by volunteering to join me :thumbsup2

I love the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian along with the Crystal Palace one. 1900 Park Fare just seems a little more subdued to me than Chef Mickeys and you can't beat taking a stroll around the grounds there then hoping the monorail to the MK.
