First mods, if this is in the wrong place, please move the thread.

I was looking at 2 different weeks....Nov 7-12th and Nov 14-19th. My initial thought would be that the 7th-12th would be more expensive due to Jersey week and Veterans day. However, when i pulled them up, 2 adults, 3 kids, POR w/ 4 day hoppers, the total for the 7th-12th was approx $2500 total; the 14th-19th was approx $2700 total. Any ideas why??:confused3

I have no idea. Does it have to do with Christmas decorations or something?

To be honest, there really doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the hotel prices anymore. It used to be, this date to this date- values $X, moderates $Y, and different categories of deluxes $Z. Now it's not even weekdays this date to this date and weekends that date to that date, it just seems to be whatever Disney feels like charging for that particular date. It is what it is I guess. But it does make it harder to be certain what your costs are going to be when planning and choosing.

Both weeks are the same pricing season, so I priced each one out and got the same cost of $2699.38 for a garden view. You didn't say the ages of the kids, so I used 9 and under.

The seasonal pricing chart on the WDW website has the rates for each of those days being identical, i.e. the weekend rates are the same and the weekday rates are the same. :confused3

hummm.....maybe i made an error when keying in the Nov 7th-12th dates...I will try again...Thanks for the quick responses...I will let yall know:confused3

Nov 7th-12th is busier though, correct?? (we usually go thanksgiving week, so no matter which week we go, it should be less crowded than thanksgiving...lol...)
