please help! does anyone do E-bates?

E-bates is what i'm considering for "converting" my etour points.

anyway, i don't understand what E-bates is!
can someone please explain?

Ebates is a website that provides you with rebates for shopping through them. They have a whole listing of stores (with something for everybody). So say you want to buy from Disney store- you go to ebates, then through to disney store, and you get 8% back on your purchases. They hold the money in an account and mail out checks 4 times a year. The $15 bonus from etour is a really good deal- originally ebates gave you $5 when you opened an account.
