Please Help Disney Vacation account

So frustrated right nor called the special number to put my savings towards my cruise for OBC. First they stated they can not do that it was just used to purchase the cruise, then i talked with a supervisor who apologized and stated that the information I was given was not necessarily true that I could purchase an OBC with it. Now the problem is they are saying that the account number is not valid....I am so done this vacation is going to be the death of me. Any help will greatly be appreciated

I recently did it and had literally no issues. I'm sorry you're so frustrated!

Is your cruise booked with a TA? If that's the case, you need to be sure you're calling is:
800-511-9333

In terms of your account number not being valid, that you may need to take up with the people at DVA. I don't know that anyone here can help you ensure you have the right DVA number.

I have also not had any issues using my DVA to add to my OBC. As mentioned, make sure you are calling the correct number provided above. When I have done it, I have mentioned, I was calling to pre-pay gratuities, add more for excursions, shopping etc. They usually only care for the $ amount which I give them. I'm pretty sure it's done like an onboard gift and you'll end up getting an email showing "your gift card will be delivered with the following gift card message" and for mine they have put my name and a cute message like "enjoy the Magic". In the description it should clearly show as "$200 Onboard Credit" (or whatever amount you do).

I'm pretty sure you should have most of the digits for your DVA and there is a process in the DVA website to get the part that is not shown (for security reasons) so you might want to go through that to verify what you have written down and/or provided is valid.

If you login to the DVA site, you should see an option to view your account number. That only shows the last four digits. On that page, there is an option to have DVA send the first 12 digits to your email address.
