Please help design our family tshirts!

So I have this image in my head of how I want to make our family tshirts but maybe one of you could help me out. Especially with designing it- I have no idea how to do that!
We're 16 people ages 11 months to 52 years old. On the back of our shirts I just want it to be out names with some Disney picture in some cute little way. Also somewhere on the back it should say Eisenman Family Vacation 2011. Here are our names:

Abba - M
Imma- F
Chana- F
Evan- M
Esther- F
Shashy- M
Sarah- F
Shoshana- F
Shira- F
Rachayl- F
Eli- M
Josh- M
Binyamin- M
Racheli- F
Moshe- M
Leora- F

And then on the front I was thinking of it being a Lost or Wanted sign saying something along the lines of "Disney fanatic in adventure of a zippididooda day. If found please return the pack of imagineers wearing these shirts" I dont know, something like that. Im not very creative so if you can think of something better PLEASE do! I would appreciate any kind of advice possible. I just want to front to be really cute and different, you know? PLESSE HELP US!!! thanks!

I saw that you've asked for this EXACT design on my thread. I don't mind working on it for you - however, you need to either delete this request - OR delete the one on my thread. There is a sticky at the top of the boards stating that if you post a general request - then it's a NO NO to ask for the EXACT same thing on a designers thread. The purpsose for that is - some other designer may be working on this already - and they will undoubtedly put a lot of time and effort into it - it isn't fair to them for you to ask others to do it as well. So, you should probably find out if someone is working on it from this request - and if so, then cancel the one on my thread. Personally, I would leave this one open - that way, multiple designers can work on it if they choose too - you will get a lot more options that way.

Ok, I will delete the one on your thread. I apologize. It's just that we're leaving for our trip on Wednesday and I posted a similar thread earlier this week and I still havent gotten any responses yet so I've been getting pretty worried. I bought all 16 shirts (which are yellow) and the supplies to get the design on the shirts but no design yet! I will keep this up and delete the one on your thread but if you or any designer can help me out we would appreciate it SO much.

ALSO, just an FYI - there is NO need to post the same exact request multiple times and to multiple designers. AGAIN, at the top of the board there are sticky's on how to ask for designs. Asking multiple designers for the EXACT same thing is a BIG NO NO!!!! As stated in another of your threads, it is a waste of time if multiple designers are working on the same thing for you.
You did the right thing by posting a general request for it - even if you did post it several times. BUT, to then go and request it on multiple designers threads is a NO NO.
IF someone can do it for you they will. We do NOT get paid to do this, it is out of the goodness of our hearts - to help make others trips more special and fun. We do have lives away from these boards and sometimes we cannot get to a request right away - but rest assured, if someone can do - they will. We all ask that you just be patient and understand that sometimes it takes longer than one day to respond.
