Please help - Can't make dining reservations

Hi! I've been trying for almost 4 hours but I can't make dining reservations. I have a room only reservation (WL) from 1/12/18-1/16/18. Today is my 180 day mark so I thought I'd be able to make all our reservations this morning. The only day that is available for me to make reservations is our first day, 1/12. Any idea why? I tried two different computers, cleared history, logged in and out a few times, but still I can't make any reservations after our arrival day. I did try to call but keep getting interrupted by my young kids so I'd rather just do it online myself.

It must be showing that you don't have a room. Make sure your room is hooked up with your mde account
 
I had that problem last year, it was a glitch and I had to call. It was a pain but the cm didn't know how to fix it. Sorry.
 
Yes, make sure that your MDE account shows the entire length of stay. If you still have problems, call--easy option on the phone system.
 

I had this problem last year and this year. I was able to make an ADR on our first day online, but had to call at 7am and do the rest over the phone. Luckily I was able to get everything we wanted but it is annoying.
 
Every year i have trouble booking at the 180 mark from my computer. The last couple of years i've learned and starting using my phone/My Disney Experience app to book my ADRs. I have never had issues booking from my phone, and in fact, the app is much faster and more accurate than doing it through your computer/web browser.
 
Thanks everyone! I called in and got BOG and CRT. There are a few others that I want but I'm sure I won't have trouble getting them between now and January. The cast member couldn't explain why I could only do the one day, but she did get me what I want, thankfully. It was just frustrating because I set my alarm for 6:30am on a Sunday but still couldn't get the website to work the way I expected it to. Thanks again, guys!
