Please Help....Can't log into AP site

I could really use some help. I tried doing a search and could not find the answer. I received my AP exchange certificate in the mail and I cannot log on the Disney website. I have tried all of the tips that it says to do. Does anyone know what could be wrong? The only part that I might be entering wrong is the 2 #'s after the Tr. Is there suppose to be more #'s? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had trouble with my AP last year and entering that site too. I ended up calling WDW and got the answer but unfortunately I can't remember what I was doing wrong or the solution. So...unless someone has an answer here then call in and you'll receive the help you need.---Kathy

I have had the exact same problem . I was able to finally log on by clearning my cache under Internet Options on your computer. Dont' ask me why.. but it worked!
