Please help...best way to get from MGM to Epcot?

What is the best way to go from MGM to Epcot using disny transportation? And how much time should i alot for the whole trip?

If you want enter through the International Gateway go by boat or walk, if you want to go though the front entrance (Future World) take a bus.

Once you exit MGM, if you go towards the left (lake) you can catch a boat. The boat will stop at the EPCOT resorts (Swan/Dolphin, YC/BC, and Boardwalk) and then continue to the International Gateway of EPCOT.

If you would like to walk, you also hard to the left and follow the sidewalk past the parking lot that follows the lake/river. This will bring you past the EPCOT resorts. I would guess it would take about 20 minutes to walk it (if you don't stop for a beer on the Boardwalk). It should be noted that you can sometimes get to EPCOT faster by walking then taking the boat.

If you take a bus, you might have to go to the TTC or Downtown Disney. I have never done this and I am not sure there is a direct bus to EPCOT from MGM.

takes about 30-35 minutes and to walk about 20min. Depends on how tired you are. We did the boat with my son since he was sleeping in the stroller.

Walking is faster even with a stop at the bakery on the board walk.

Riding the boat is more fun, particularly for kids who consider the boat just another park ride.

Dear Eeyore,
When i was at WDW last summer, I was pretty sure I saw a direct bus route from MGM to Epcot, and vice versa. The boatis also a great way to go--it's very relaxing
