Please help answer these questions about the WDW Half Marathon -- First timer here!

If there is a FAQ on the marathons at WDW -- please let me know, otherwise, does anyone know the answer to these questions:

Are you allowed to bring an Ipod while racing?

How are you swept and what are the sweeping points?

The half is limited to 3:30 but there are people with official times of 4+ hours -- how is this possible?

Is there a post with a step-by-step of what happens on race day?

check out disneyrunning.com for answers to a lot of your questions. It's a great site! This will be my first disney running event and I've found lots of info there. There are lots of first hand reports of the races to give you an idea of what the day will be like.

Hi Jennifer,
another good idea is to check out the posts from last year at this time. People are asking the same questions and there are some great threads. Every now and then I go back and check them out. You'll find answers to questions you never thought about asking
