Please help a printing moron!

Hi All!
We are leaving in a week
I picked out T-shirts and transfers months ago. Spent hours looking at all the beautiful disigns ~ and found perfect ones with the names already done So, I go to print them out on the transfer and decide to do a practice run. Good thing because it is coming out HUGE! I can't figure out how to make the design smaller, except printing out the image before downloading it, and it's too small that way. HELP. I can single handedly navigate the parks no problem, but I can't figure this out
The disigns are by Milliepie if that helps....

Open MS word or Word Perfect.... and click "insert", then graphic then from file and select your image file that you have saved. Once the image opens you can drag the corners to make it larger or smaller. Hopefully that helps!

I just tried it another way too...

Go to where you have your picture saved..for example all of my disney stuff is in "My Documents" then "My Pictures" then in a folder called "Disney Character Stuff". I right clicked on my image and selected "open with" and could pick Word Perfect from there and it opened right up! My MS Word doesn't work properly anymore so I have to use word perfect. But try it that way ..it's easy!

I am a complete idiot with this stuff...I just printed out two beautiful name transfers doing in the first way you mentioned. I never would have figured that out. I am so excited! I'm supposed to be hiding eggs right now, but I'm having such fun doing this
