Can you really start making online ADRs at 2AM central time on your 90 day date?

7:00AM EST on the phone, 6:00AM EST online, unless something has changed.

There was a week or so that online adrs started at 2 or 3am. It is not consistent anymore.
Some days it does not open until 6am eta.

You can book online as early as 2:30 am central time and 6 am by phone. I made my ressies and called later to verify and everything was there as it should be.

I was able to make online ADRs at 3 AM Eastern Time. Unless you get the infamous error message that seems to be lurking in the system, this is the time that online ADRs open for everyone.

It is actually very hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I am all ready past my 90 day marker and I am hunting for an LC ADR. Will trying the online system at crazy night time hours afford me a better chance of finding one or is it only good if you are at 90 + 10?

It won't affect what is or isn't in the system, so in that sense it doesn't help; but I'd think the system would be less likely to be overloaded and give you an error message if you did it at unusual times, so that might be an advantage.
