Let's say I have 150 points at SSR, then add on 50 points at BWV (both with UY of April). I want to travel June 2008. How do you go about reserving rooms/villas? Do I make ressies at both resorts for the amount of points I have at each resort? Split stay? I think I understand this, but I want to make sure.

Am I more likely to have to do a split stay if my 2 properties have 2 different UYs?

If you book your stay in the 11-8 month home ressie period and leave it like that you'll have a split stay. However, at 7 months out, you can try to change to one resort, either one, or even one of the others like BCV.

If you don't want to have a split ressie, used banked and or borrowed points to get the home advantage, say at BWV with a maximium 150 points.

I don't think the use years come into play as far as having a split stay or not.
