Please explain this

OK, I am the next to the last person to know what is "in style" especially hair styles. But WTH is going on with this woman's hair? Is this just a "really different" style, or is this really attractive? (I love the front half of it!)

I realize that this woman could wear a bag over head and it would start a new trend, but really, this looks like my kids hair after I have to cut gum or big knots off the back..

Exactly!! My neice looked similar to this when her brother smushed a huge wad of gum in her hair, then panicked and cut it out. She was 4, he was 6.

Wasn't this haircut in style about 10 years ago? I think that is when I first remember seeing it in Regina, Saskatchewan, which is already 5 years behind the fashion front. Didn't like it then either.

How did I know this was about Kate without even openning the thread! FWIW, I have started seeing more and more women wearing this hair style. It doesn't look any better on them than it does on Kate!

It was! I had my hair cut like that in 8th grade. I loved it then, and I love it now. But man did it look awful on me! LOL

Oh, the eighties weren't all bad. The hair and clothing might have been, but some of the music and movies were pretty good. Unfortunately, some of the worst of it is coming back.

I've actually run a few more than 325 days in a row - I update it every couple of weeks, but yeah, I made running a daily habit last year. (Before that, I was running 3-6 times per week.) I'm a stay-at-home dad, so it's my little dose of "me time".
