Please explain AKV studios-Kidani vs. Jambo

Does Jambo house offer 4 different inds of studios-Value, Standard view, Savannah view, and Concierge? Which views does Kidani offer? I'm sure both places will offer Savannah views at least. Then what's the difference to me whether I book a savannah studio at Jambo or at Kidani in the studio itself? I know that Jambo has quicker access to Mara, and Kidani has quicker access to Sanaa, but I'm wondering about the room amenities.

Kidani studios are available in standard and savanna views. They are a little larger, Jumbo studios are 316-365 sq ft while Kidani's are 366.

Yes, the Value studios are 316 sq ft, the other studios in Jambo House are 365 sq ft. The layout is a bit different. The Jambo studios have an open vanity area and a small room with the toilet and tub/shower. The Kidani studios will have a door into the vanity area and the tub/shower will be next to the vanity. There will be a small room with just the toilet.

All of the Standard View rooms in Jambo House face the pool area. The Std View rooms in Kidani will have a view of the pool, garden or roadway and parking areas.

The Savanna View rooms in both buildings will have a view of a savanna. The differences are that in Jambo House your room will be on the 5th floor and could face one of three savannas (Sunset, Arusha or Uzima). In Kidani, your room could be as low as the 2nd floor and will face either the Sunset or the new Pembe Savanna (opening in Sep 2009). Many of us prefer being on a lower floor, closer to the animals and that option will exist only in Kidani.
