I have noticed that many US restaurants serve some kind of melted butter substitute with seafood. Does anyone know if they use real butter at Fulton's and the other seafood restaurants at Disney?

We all have our quirks, and this is one of mine

I don't think that is a rude question...I think it is a good question. Unfortunately, I don't know. I would really like to know as I cannot stand "fake" butter with seafood...YUCK!

The butter at Cape is of the type you describe, but I believe the butter at Fulton's is the real deal. If you prefer real butter, and not the butter substitute, call ahead and make that request, so they may have it on hand for you when you get there. Better safe than sorry!

What a great idea! I should have thought of that myself. But I am one of those meek Canadians, worried about offending anyone. You know the type, someone steps on my foot and I say excuse me LOL Living in NY now, really have to get over this.
