im just making a new account and trying to get everything back!







so i wrote to vmk because some one on dis boards to me to.. they told me to send my computer id .. and they banned my new account which had:

8 rooms
a big gingerbread house
2* inferno
1* confetti
13,000 credits
black ears and tons of other rare stuff

and tons of other stuff...


im so mad.. and its to hard to just start over with all the stuff i lost..


well it looks like someday, sombody has to quit vmk
. i asked if i could log on and give away all my stuff but
i havent heard from them yet..

Sorry to hear you lost so much. But did vmk give you a 10 yr ban? I know its hard to start over with nothing but just think how new ppl feel. Maybe theres a lesson here to be learned depending on why you got banned. Do you really think vmk "stinks" or just the fact you got banned?

As with any ban, we suggest you write to VMK if you feel the ban was not appropriate. AJ came on to the Dis and asked for advice as to what to do.
Keep all the details specific and keep a copy of your letter to provide at a future date because most instances first response is a no.

What AJ is stating when he previously wrote to VMK about his banned account, each time he wrote they asked him for his computer ip. He asked how to find the info on his banned computer and was provided a web address on how to find the ip address.

I would continue to write or have a parent write if you still feel that ban was not legitimate.

heres the story:
i was banned for 10 years on my computer....
9 months later when i went to disneyland i made another account but still couldnt log on it vmk on my computer. so i logged on to it on my moms computer. and it worked but it was slow.. then last week my dad said he was getting me a laptop but i had to give my brother my computer.. so i wanted to try everything to unban it. disvaclub told me to write to them.. and it did and i also said it was my computer that was banned.. and they asked for my computer id and i sent it in.. they said it was a fair ban cause i was scamming.. when i dont remeber scamming and they banned my new account..

True, but a mother may be able to articulate and request to review specific facts that a child that is overly stressed and may have not communicated correctly or specific. Don't you remember, Mom is always right!!
