You can always ask the airline staff at the gate when you get off the plane, or any airport employees. They're VERY used to first-time visitors to their airport, and you certainly won't be the only ones. If you look up, you'll see a variety of signs pointing to Baggage Claim and Ground Transportation. Also, follow the stream of passengers getting off the plane who are heading in the same direction (although it's good to ask someone if that's where they're going).
You'll get onto a small monorail to take you to the main terminal (a little taste of Disney before you get there!), and continue to look for signs for Baggage Claim. You have to get on an escalator or elevator to go downstairs. Once you're in the baggage area, look up above the baggage carousel to see the flight # and airline ....... there will be many flights coming in, and it's easy to be waiting at the wrong carousel if you don't check for this
Many flight attendants will make an announcement when landing that baggage may be picked up at carousel xxxx (fill in the #). Orlando is big, and don't hesitate to ask.
You didn't say you're staying on site at Disney, but if you happen to do that, there's free bus transportation that includes luggage service, so you don't have to worry about that.
Hope you have a fantastic trip!
