The plan is to be there for the 9am rope drop on Monday, March 16th.

Rope drop (9-9:30) - Kilimanjaro Safari
Pangani Forest (9:30-10:15)
Wildlife Express Train - Rafiki's Planet Watch - Wildlife Express Train (10:15-11:00)
Snack
Get in line for Lion King FP+ (11:30-12:40)
Lunch (12:45-1:15) - Pizzafari
Adventures Outpost with FP+ (1:25-1:50)
Mahajarah Jungle Trek (1:55-2:20) - We may skip this if running behind
Get in line for 2:45 pm Flights of Wonder (2:20-3:15)
Get in line for Nemo FP+ (3:30-4:40)
Dinner and DinoLand (4:45-????)

I have 8:10am reservations at Tusker House, but I think I'm going to cancel them to let her sleep in the extra hour.

Thoughts?

Seems reasonable to me.

I don't think you will be off the Safari by 9:30. Co8uld be done by 9:45, though.

And I think the Wildlife Express Train/Planet Watch time is likely to take closer to 60 minutes, rather than 45 minutes. Even if you don't spend much time at Planet Watch, waiting for the train twice could eat up 20 minutes or so.

But those are relatively minor deviations from your timetable which looks like a realistic one to me.

I agree with PP that Rafiki's will take more time especially if you just miss a train.

Does your 2yo still nap? If so, can she nap anywhere or does she need a quiet place? If she misses a nap, will there be a meltdown?

I also have a 2yo. It looks like you are doing some pretty active stuff during nap time but then have some shows when the "I missed my nap" meltdown would occur. I would go in with the attitude that you might have to miss Nemo if things are going south.

If you're going to Rafiki's, you've way under budgeted there. That's what we did on our trip! It could be a 15-min wait for the train (each direction) plus it's a 10-min walk once you get off the train past a lot of cool activities, then 10 min back. Each activity along the way could take 10-15 min, plus if you end up seeing Rafiki or Chip & Dale, more time. If you don't have more time I would nix this whole side trip, or by the time you get there you'll be down to time to head back. Really, leaving for Rafiki's at 10:15, intending to get there, do anything, and get back by 11:30 is a big no way. :)

Maybe - skip Pangini. That way, you can head to the Wildlife Express immediately after Safari. Do that, then if you find you've spent 2 hours and it's time for FOTLK, go, otherwise if you have a few min to kill take a quick walk down the Pangini trail.

The afternoon seems fine!
