This is our first trip ever to WDW!!! I’m so excited!!! :cool1: Please review my itinerary and let me know if you have any advice or suggestions. It’s just me, DH, and DD(8). We are staying at POP and have free dining (upgraded to DDP). I’m hoping to snag some A&E fast passes for one of our MK days. I listed the start time of our FP window. I’m not sure about the FP selections. It won’t be hot (80 to me is not hot at all) and the parks close early so I don’t plan on needing afternoon breaks. Should we try to get to Downtown Disney? I figured we’d play it by ear. Is it a big miss if we never make it there?

Currently DTD is crazy with all the construction. I would skip. Also I would definitely plan a completely off day. My kids love the pool parties and activities so I would plan at least one day for this.

Your first day, how about getting a BOG FP + for lunch? You can make this 28 days out, even if you don't get an invite.

Your AK day I would do safari first then tusker, the kali and end with dinosaur. That way you won't be crisscrossing the park. Also I highly suggest making time for Festival of the Lion King and Nemo.

HS- I think it will be impossible to do your lunch and get to your 1 pm FP+. Remember that just because you have a 1205 reservation DOES NOT mean you will be seated at that time. Plus I really don't think you will need a FP for this anyways, it's a very large stadium. Instead try for ToT or LM?

Lastly, your last MK day, I would not do cape may this night. That's too much back and forth if you ask me. Maybe change it to your possible "free day" and either do a resort CS or a resort TS. We love Kona.

If you are interested in Expedition Everest, I would rope drop it. The only thing about your current set up is that you won't be done with Tusker House until at least 11:30, and then go from Africa where Tusker is the Asia where Kali is and back to Africa for Kilimanjaro. AK is a big park so it's a lot of walking and be sure to not miss the little details of this park rushing back and forth. Lots of things in AK that aren't rides or headliners but still fun to do :D

MON: Epcot
FP Soarin 9:45, Nemo 10:55, Spaceship Earth 11:55
Dinner ADR at O’hana 6:35
Epcot has SO many good restaurants, I'd really consider one of them if it were me and save O'hana for a day when you will be near MK, can you try to get it for arrival night or in place of BOG Tues if you get BOG for arrival night?

I'd cancel the ADR, especially if you want a laid back day :) For us, we loved Epcot, definitely a 2 day park for us. You probably won't want to do Spaceship Earth again, but maybe? If anyone in your family suffers from motion sickness I'd be very careful with Mission Space, my then 9 year old thrill lover threw up after and I felt like I was going to for at least an hour after that ride. We did do the more intense version of the ride so I am sure that didn't help but I have heard similar from others. Don't want to feel yucky starting right at 9am (and you likely won't even have to use your FP for it at 9:05am because at rope drop everyone will be headed to Soarin or Test Track.

Great plan :D just added a few tips

Thanks for the replies so far! Sounds like I definitely need to rearrange AK day a bit. And maybe a couple other changes...I'd love to hear more opinions :-)
