Hello Experts,

We are planning to go the week following Easter. We have been a couple of times before, once when it wasn't crowded at all and once the two days before Thanksgiving. We are a family of 4, kids ages 10 and 8 and my parents. My kids aren't really into any of the smaller children rides like Peter Pan, etc. Here is what I have planned so far. I'm really wondering if it will work.

Monday 21st - Rope Drop Animal Kingdom and ride Safari and maybe
Rapids, we don't really have any other must haves at this
park.
Then we head to Epcot - Fast passes
Soarin 4:40-5:40
Captain Eo (?) 6:00-7:00, Not sure about this one
Nine Dragons Restaurant - 6:45
Mission Space 7:00-8:00 worried about doing this after dinner

Tuesday 22nd - Rope Drop at Hollywood Studios
Sign up for Jedi Academy, ride Tower of Terror, Star Tours
Head to Magic Kingdom - Fast Passes
Space Mountain - 3:45-4:45
POTC - 5"50-6:50
Tony's Restaurant - 7:30
BTMR - 7:50-8:50

Wednesday 23rd - Rope Drop Magic Kingdom, Try to ride Space Mountain,
BTMR, Maybe Belle
Then head to Hollywood Studios - Fast Pass
Star Tours 5:35-6:35
TOT - 6:55-7:55
Hollywood Brown Derby - 7:10
Fantasmic - 7:55-8:15

Thursday, 24th - Rope Drop Epcot - Ride Test Track
Then Magic Kingdom - Fast Passes
Space Mountain - 1:35-2:35
BTMR - 3:35-4:35
Splash Mountain - 4:35-5:35
Plaza Restaurant - 7:30

Thank you so much in advance for your input. I have gotten sooooo much helpful information for this website and all of you Disney experts!

Hrm, couple thoughts here, HUGE gap in the day. You will be done AK by like 10am, what are your plans for the rest of the day ?
RDing at Epcot could be a lot more valuable, as you can't FP TT and Soarin for instance. And Nine Dragons, you might not get seated right away, so your dinner might start afte r6:45, in which case you may Miss your Mission space

I guess these just look like odd days. ARe you planning to do more than those in HS ? Are you heading back to the resort in between ? Just doesn't look like you are accomplishing much on your days ???

Wednesday 23rd - Rope Drop Magic Kingdom, Try to ride Space Mountain,
BTMR, Maybe Belle
Then head to Hollywood Studios - Fast Pass
Star Tours 5:35-6:35
TOT - 6:55-7:55

Fantasmic - 7:55-8:15

Again, just an odd set up ? Two rides at RD ? then ... what ? Just looks like you are wasting the RD if that's all you are planning on.

Fantasmic is a waste of an FP, it doesn't actually get you any advantage, you should try and book something else with it.

And again, dinner and fastasmic look a little close ....

Just my thoughts, don't know if you are leaving some stuff out or what, but for me, I would definitely be trying to do more, and would also change around some of those dinner times.

Looks like a good plan. I'm guessing you will do other rides/ attractions. The ones listed are the definite rides?? My concern is that on everyday except Thursday, your ride time after dinner is within 15-30 minutes. You need to allow 60-90 minutes for TS meals plus walking time to attraction. Also, what time is Fantasmic! I haven't checked the April calendar, but 7pm in fall/ winter & 9, 10pm spring/summer?? Lastly, Cape EO was great in the 80s with Michael Jackson, not so great last year. There are other attractions you could sit down on & enjoy air conditioning. But if you love MJ, it's great!

Seems like it will work since you are planning rope drop and fast passes. I am surprised your kids aren't interested in dinosaur or expedition Everest at ak. The only thing I wondered is if your fast passes after dinner allow enough time to finish eating? Have an excellent trip!
