Please critique Arrival day plans

Our flight lands at 10:40 AM, using ME to BCV. I have a 1 PM ADR at Beaches N Cream. After our ADR we plan to go to DHS, what time should I book my first FP ?

I wouldn't book one until 3:30 just in case. That give you until 4:30 to get to it. I don't know how Beaches N Cream usually is, but TS meals can easily take 1.5-2 hours. I mean, hopefully not, but it depends on if you are seated promptly and speed of service can vary a lot. Then I would give it at least 1 hour to get to the bus stop, wait for bus, ride to DHS. Then you have to get through security and walk to the ride. All that stuff takes a while!
