Please could you send some prayers and pixie dust my DD's way

I'm not usually on the receiving end of these kinds of posts, but could do with some good thoughts right now.
After a number of years of fair seizure control (usually 1-2 seizures a month with an occasional 3), youngest DD is having seizures every 1-2 days. We're trying upping the medication before abandoning Lamictal for something else. Hope it works. We have a good neurologist who DD likes a lot and he's been thru a lot with us in the past. Hopefully, just increasing the meds will do the trick. Keep your fingers crossed for us and send whatever good thoughts you can.

Oh Sue, I'm sorry the seizures have increased! Hopefully the med increase will help! Has she had a growth spurt or change of routine lately?

Seizures are the absolute worst...and a pattern change is so frustrating! I can count on my hands how many seizure free days my dd4 has had in the past 2 years. I hate seizures!

Pixie Dust to you and your daughter !!! Hope the med increase works...have you tried the Ketogenic diet ? I've heard that is successful when lots of other things aren't.
