We turned it off the first flash. The vocals were pretty rough as well.

I didn't enjoy it at all, but then I've never been a big fan of The Who. IMHO, there are bigger and better bands who could have done a much better job - there is a recession on, though, so maybe Roger and Pete were the cheapest option ;)

Great band------in their day. Half time entertainment? No way!

The FCC ought to be all over that..... I believe my family was more scarred by that sight than Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" :lmao:

Ya know- considering Townshend is 64 and Daltry is 66..... I was impressed. Were they The Who of 30 years ago? Of course not, but they are still rockin' in their 60's....

When dh told me they were the halftime show I said, "Who is sponsoring it Geritol?" Which shows my age cause I don't even think they make that stuff anymore.... :hippie:

someone at our party said, well at least there wont be a wardrobe malfunction!! HAHA.. they were very wrong!!

The stage light show was awesome. The Who? Not as much. I would rather have a younger performer. They keep getting older and they might as well resurrect Gene Kelly.
