I used my handy dandy Disney planning spreadsheet. Let me know what you think, Any errors in the plan? Any suggestions?

Looks great. It is always good to plan down time. It took me years to realize that I had to do that. Especially when it is hot.

The WL is the next hotel we want to stay in.

Looks good to me! I like it when people remember to schedule in travel time and have down time in the plan. Hope that you have a great trip.

First I had to shake my head, because your planning spreadsheet looks so much like mine. Only on the DIS will you find so many other uber planners. I need to show it to my husband and say "see, it's not just me"!

As for your plan, looks good to me! Have a great trip!

After Fantasmic by the time the show is over, getting out of the park and the boat ride, you really will not have that much time. Is Epcot open till 11 with EMH? You will still have to walk through the Land and Illuminations crowds will be leaving, that is very slow moving. You probably get a good hour and then you have to get on a bus back to The Wilderness. Why don't you spend some time on The Boardwalk.

Yes, Epcot has late nite EMH that day. All the park hours are at the top of the sheet. You do make a good point on the travel time. We are kind of iffy on Fantasmic, so we'll likely treat it and the Epcot time as an either/or proposition.

If you really want a copy of the Excel file I can send it to you. If so, shoot me a PM, and Ill send it to you. Actually, I am geeky enough to do the initial layout for you if you send me your trip info. I think planning the FP+, dinners, and downtime are really personal stuff though. Also, if you are taking kids that are tweens or teens, I give them one day to plan on their own. It really helps them invest in the trip.

Planning geeks unite!!!! The key for me is seeing the daily time. It really lets me see where we are over planning, and ensures that we have enough downtime scheduled each day. My family has named me "The Prince of Planning, and Viceroy of Vacations." BTW - I go so far as laminating the schedule and keeping it in our back pocket for the trip.

Oooohhhh lamination!! Now that's taking it to a whole other level. I may need to steal that idea.

Not WDW specific, but the first time I did this type of schedule was a trip DH and I did to Vegas. It started out easy enough, morning/afternoon/evening slots, then I started colour coding with firm times (i.e. dinner ressie), somewhat firm time and then the elusive (for my DH) free time, that was coded in blue. Now, whenever we vacation, all he wants to know is "when's my blue time"?

Looks Great I would ditch Fantasmic unless you've never seen it and take full advantage of that Epcot EMH until 11
