So, Im having problems with VMK's contact us. Can someone help? I cant find the drop down menu. Do you have to be a certain age? From top to bottom, here is what is listed after player log in with disney username and birthday:

first if your a player select player then the info screen will be up enter your info then it should say why are you asking for help with the drop down menu...?

Edit: any chance you could post a screen shot?

I remember the first few times I tried to use it to vote for best guest or quest I couldn't get it to work right.

Here is a screen shot, fill in your username and birthdate:

Then it should take you here to the drop down menu, and where I whited out it should show your username:

ok...when you go on the vmk page and click contact us at the bottom it says select player or parent/guardian pick player if you are a player then

this will be your screen in the space under disney user name type your email you use to log in to vmk then the birthdate you endered when you first signed up

then you should come to this screen

and then you click under where it says why are you asking for help and there is the drop down menu pick the one that best describes your problem then an area to type will come up and ask your question or enter your problem and send this should work for you other wise your probably doing something wrong.... hope that helps if you need more help try to post screen shots using photobucket or some other photo hosting website and that may make it easier for someone to help you...

One thing.. Its not your email... Its a username from disney.com. Screenshots will come shortly.

Edit: I dont use an email since I am under thirteen to log into VMK.

your user name is an email its the email you sign on under for disney.com as well THAT is where your going wrong and why your having a problem im pretty sure you still need an email so what do you use to log in to vmk if its not an email...?

To log into VMK if you are under 13 you need a username, not an email.

Ok, screenshots.
1. When you open Contact us up.

2. After I select Player.

3. After I log in with my Disney.com username and birthdate.

obviously because your under 13 there is no drop down menu for you so you would just have to put in your player name, parents email and then your question or problem in the details box and send it in

Yeah, even when I use an over thirteen account it doesn't work.
