I now have 285 points available for rent.

$10/point for 200+ points; $10.50/point for 100-199; $11/point for fewer than 100. (Could add a few more if needed to make a reservation within the next 7 months.)

These are June 2011 use year, good for reservations now through May 31, 2012. I can currently make reservations 11 months out for Boardwalk villas, 7 months out for any other DVC resort.

We are wanting to reserve 1/1/12-1/7/12. We need 2 Studios for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our first preference is BWV, AKV, OKW, or BLT. PLEASE say you can help us, we are bringing my parents for the first time!! I think we are going to need ( if I calculated right!):

114 points (AKV 2 studios / Value)
136 points (AKV 2 studios / Std. view)
172 points (AKV 2 studios / Savanna)
126 points (OKW 2 studios)
126 points (BWV 2 studios / std view)
172 points (BLT 2 studios / Std view)

WE are BWV DVC members too. I am trying to help a friend find points to rent. I have never rented points. They want to go the week of Halloween and aren't very specific about resort but want a 2 BDRM. I think that would take most of your points. How would I check availability to see if I can get her in with points then?

As a DVC member, you can call member services to check on availability. I would suggest calling MS first thing tomorrow to see if you can find dates that work. If so, let me know ASAP (along with the names, address and phone number of those staying in the room) so I can hopefully book it while it is still available.

Hello,

I am a DVC member who has used up my own available points. I am trying to make a 12/10-12/17/2011 reservation at the Beach Club Villas. My home resort is Bay Lake Tower but I dont think there is any availability. I am hoping for a 1 or possibly 2 bedroom. I believe that they are 201 and 273 points resepectively. I have never rented before and was hoping for a transfer. I am very nervous about renting as it seems that there is so much risk. Do you have a moment to tell me the process? I really appreciate it.

Looking to stay as close to 10 days (7, 8, or 9 may work too) in Oct preferably at a 1 bedroom at the BCV. However, if unavailable would take a 1 bedroom at BWV. Anytime between Oct 17-Oct 28.
