Please clarify cameras are not allowed on what rides?

I know some rides are more lenient than others, but if anyone has a definitive list I would appreciate it!

Full size Cameras/Camcorders are not allowed on what ride?

IPhone Cameras (tucked into cargo pants pockets or fanny pack) are not allowed on what rides?

Nothing is allowed on Hulk, RRR and Dragon Challenge. (coasters with high g-forces)

Stuff in your cargo pants or fanny pack allowed on Doom (there is a place to put yourself before you strap yourself in), Forbidden Journey, Mummy, Men in Black and Gringotts.

You can take whatever you want on the rest.

You can take them on a lot of rides but most tell you no photography at least on the universal studios side. Even the little kids ride in the Simpsons area said absolutely no photography or video taping while on the ride. But you can still do it without issue. That thing maybe goes 5 mph so it seemed weird to me.

All of the 3D/4D rides tell you no video or photos.

Also please be aware of the folks around you. I rode a ride and the person in front of me was non-stop taking pictures. The problem being is each time he did he held it above his head blocking my view. Please make sure not to affect anyone else.I know for most it goes without saying.
