Here's my plan of attack for MK. I'd love advice from seasoned DW travellers!

Arrive at Disney at 5:00 on a Saturday night (Memorial Day weekend).

Fast Pass Buzz
Philharmagic
Small World
Haunted House
Tea Cups
Eat at Cosmic Rays
Ride Buzz L.
Pirates of the C.
If extra time, Jungle Cruise
Get snack
Find spot for Parade at 8:15
Parade is at 9:00

On Monday (Memorial Day) arrive at park opening (9:00).

FPV gets FPs for Space Mountain while rest of family rides Dumbo
Winnie The Pooh
Peter Pan
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain
Space Mountain with FP
FP Buzz
Eat at Crystal Palace (reservations for 11:40)
Ride Buzz
Do extras until about 2:00 (this means easy ones to get into like Caro. of Progress, Tiki Room, Tom Sawyer's Island, Monster's Inc, shows).

That's It (we're going to Epcot that night).

I'd really appreciate advice!

I think you are a little bit ambitious on your Saturday night plan. Depending on the crowds, lines may be long and FPs may be gone already. You may get in three attractions or less before your 8:15 time to find a spot for the parade.

Monday looks okay. Just use FPs as often as possible.

Just make sure to maximize your fast pass usage by getting another fast pass as soon as you are eligible. If your fast pass return time is 10:00 to 11:00 for example, there will be a time printed on there that tells you what time you can get another fast pass. In this example it will probably be 10:05. You can then get a fast pass for another ride regardless of whether or not you've ridden the first fast pass ride yet.
Also - know that you don't actually have to return between 10:00 and 11:00 to use your first fast pass. You just have to return after 10:00. You can come back anytime until the park closes.
I usually collect fast passes all morning, each time as soon as I am eligible. During the morning we ride the rides that don't offer fast passes and will be crowded later - like Dumbo, the Speedway, Astro Orbiter, ect. Then later when the park is packed, we just use all the fast passes. Makes for a very pleasant afternoon!
Have a great trip!!

I agree. You might be able to get it all in, but I kind of doubt it. There's a possibility the FP for Buzz would be out but I think the odds are good that you'll end up with a FP. HM is a long wait sometimes, though. Also, I think PoC has had some long lines since it's refurb.

Your Monday morning plans might be a little ambitious, too. Especially if you're trying to fit in all of that before an 11:40 reservation. Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Splash Mtn, and BTMRR all usually have long lines. But then again maybe Memorial Day isn't that bad. I've never been that weekend. When I've gone in the summer, I've never waited less than 45 minutes to get on Peter Pan.

Good luck!
