I just had a very positive experience reserving the HRH hotel for Aug 29 for 3 nights.
The very knowledgable reservationist had no trouble finding the Entertainment rate, which was available for Garden, Pool and Club.

She also asked for my Loews First number without me having to ask.
She got the names and ages of my kids,
offered explanations of parking, access to PBH, early entry, FOTL
and said she would send brochures to each child, again without my even asking.

We have a medical necessity for nonsmoking due to DS with severe asthma.
She inputted this accurately, then was able to discover whether I needed to fax a doctor's order, or if they would honor the request. (Loews says they'll offer it. Due to the stories of less than competent desk staff at HRH I'll fax it anyway, just to be safe.)

I had previously tried to talk to HRH directly and got someone who didn't know nothin' bout nothin'.

How nice of you to share this. Usually we only hear about the bad experiences. This was really nice to hear.
 
We also had a good experience with loew's first at check in. We were immediarely upgraded from a gardenveiw to poolveiw, and our fruit basket was delivered the next day it was in the room when we returned from the park.:pinkbounc :pinkbounc
