Pleasant call to member services today

Just a quick note about a positive experience with member services today. My cell phone dropped the call and to my surprise, the CM called me back on my home phone. I was shocked. We were in the middle of making a reservation and he knew it would be difficult to get back to him specifically. He was just so helpful and really assisted me in making the most out of the points we had to use.
 
I find them to be good at following through for the most part. I'm glad it worked out for you!
 

This is great. I've had calls dropped a couple of times and I had to call back and start over. I'm glad this CM went out of his way to take good care of you. Did you get his name so you could tell DVC what an excellent job he did?
 
They are great. I had a CM call me back after I made a change to my upcoming trip. They forgot to ask me if I wanted the DDP for my stay. :thumbsup2

Same thing happened to me..I lost the call with my cell and the CM called me back on landline. I was a little confused when I saw a 407 area code on my caller id and couldn't believe it when it was DVC. They really are great.
 
When we were booking our trips earlier this year I had a number of wonderful calls with MS. I was asked to stay on the line for the survey and did. I then decided to leave a message for MS and told them that I had had a wonderful experience with them over a few days.

About an hour later my phone rang and it was a manager thanking me for taking the time to tell them about my experience. She said my phone call was a wonderful way for her to start her day.

This is one area of Disney that still understands guest servicing.
 
Once I called and asked about availability for a 1 bedroom standard at BWV and was told that is was not available. I hung up and minutes later the phone rang and it was MS CM telling me he made a mistake and that it was available and asked if I wanted it. It's always nice when they go the extra distance.

I usually have good experiences with MS - every now and then there is an exception, as with everything else in life, but for the most part, I think the customer service is very good. :)
