We had a very similar experience as NJR; checked in 10 minutes before ADR and proceeded to wait with a large crowd out in the September heat for 40 minutes. Once we were led inside, we found about 1/3 of the tables to be empty, mostly fully of dishes and waiting for busing. There were three hostesses outside, doing nothing but occasionally telling walk-ups that there was no seating and only one poor girl busing the tables inside with a hand carried tub rather than a cart, and it was taking her three+ trips to clean and set up each table. A very poorly managed operation in my opinion.
That all being said, once we were finally seated, the waiter was very good and responsive, and the food really was very good. Yes, it is a burger and sandwich place, but very well made burgers and sandwiches (and very good milkshakes). We loved the decor of the place as well; good attention to detail.
I should add though, despite the good food, the wait and incompetence of the seating hostesses and management will keep us from ever going back.
