Is it a CS? Is the entire menu on the DPP? Including milk shakes as a drink for lunch or dinner?
Any kids menu?
I saw the menu on AllEars and it sounds really good.

Thank you all!:goodvibes

We ate there in 2006 and we had a good lunch. I believe it will be a TS, I dont recall exactly what I had, but my husband had a good burger and frys. It was nice because it was comfy and cool. We where there in August.

I've only eaten at The Plaza once and it was pretty good. I had a reuben IIRC, and a pretty tasty sundae. Oh, and we had a bit of a surprise. They celebrated our unbirthdays, cake and all. Totally random and lots of fun. :thumbsup2 I believe they have a children's menu.

It is table service and not counter service.

I love the Plaza. It is smaller than most ts restaurants, which keeps the noise level low. You have a beautiful view of the castle from your seat as well. Great sandwiches (reuben especially) and chocolate shakes.

I love, love, love this place. Has the best club sandwiches! Also, the best ice tea. My youngest doesn't do sandwiches very well, so we go about every other time we visit.

We love Plaza. Although it is different than most table service because of the size and the fact that is is basically sandwiches, and it has become one of our must dos over the last three years. My DH loves the Reuben and I love the Club sandwich. We also love the shakes and the hot fudge sundae is to die for. :worship:

I hate to be the negative one, but my family didn't like it. The food was ok - actually we had counter service food that was better. Of course, it was really busy there and our server was awful, so that probably didn't help matters. Every step of the meal was a struggle. We had to constantly flag down another server for drink refills, napkins and eventually our check.

However, the ice cream was good. =D

The food is simple but very good. On our last trip, it was our favorite place that we ate. I would recommend it highly. It is small so ADR might be needed. We didn't have them, but were there right when they opened, so we did get in.

I have to agree. Nothing super fancy, but very good and always seems fresh to us. We love the atmosphere as well. Very bright and cheery, but not too chaotic. A great choice for a lighter meal.:thumbsup2

The bread is different and pretty good which makes it taste a little better than the rest of the places. I had a philly cheesesteak and my friend and a cheeseburger (as it's the only thing she eats). But it was really good. It's definatly worth a try.

J lerh don't be to harsh, they probably don't work there any more. I've had to go to the manager at all star cafe to pay my bill because the server didn't come back for over 30 mins, if I didn't work here I would've taken the free meal. Try it again, sometimes it's better to be in the middle of the lunch time rush because you know there's nothing pre-made because dishes go flying out so fast. Might be a little slow but you know it's fresh.

It counts as a TS and yes they do have a childrens menu. We at there for Dinner and really didn't like it. To me it just was kind of bland and ordianary. Nothing special. I have a chicken sandwich and it was just so so bland. Our reservation was for 7:15 and we were still there during Wishes. We did get to see the fireworks over the castle from our table, so that was good. However, when we got the check and were trying to leave there was a 30 min wait to get out of the door!!! No one could come in and no one could go out! The crowd was so large watching Wishes that they backed up all the way to the front of the restaurant. Now, we were there on Thanksgiving day, so the the crowds were terrible....but still it was an experience that will keep me from going back.

On a good note, they have VERY delicious desserts. We had the brownie sundaes and the kids had "mickeylodeons". They were very good. This is all just my experience though as we have only eaten there once. Good luck!
