Any pescatarians or vegetarians out there have a good experience at Plaza Inn? My son does not eat "impossible" meats but eats veggies, seafood, tofu, pasta, rice, beans (he loves a good black bean burger). We are planning a dinner at Skipper Canteen and looking for another option. TIA!
Edited to add: I have scoured menus on WDW website but I know some have found off menu items.

Sorry, I'm not a pescatarian, and I don't know whether what I ate was "pescatarian-friendly" However, I have a question for you about the pescatarian diet. DS recently brought home a girl friend who's pescatarian. So does your son not eat Impossible meats out of personal choice, or is it part of the pescatarian diet? This is fairly new to me, and I don't want to do anything wrong (like serve her something she doesn't eat).

It is a personal choice not to eat the impossible meats. He just doesnt like them.

Why not just ask her? Everybody has a different opinion of what this means to them. I have a niece and her husband that are pescatarian. When we visited them, we let them pick the restaurants we ate at.
