Yes it is a character breakfast. Minnie and friends I do believe.

There is also the Aloha Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch at the Paradise Pier Hotel.

Yes, you can make PS for Minnie and Friends at the Plaza Inn. We have PS in Dec.
I cant tell you what it's like, this will be the first time we've eaten there. Hope to write a report when we get back.

Oh that is great, I saw somewhere that you couldn't and I don't really fancy queing interminably for it, and wasting a morning, but we intend to do all the character meals we can!

We couldn't make a ps for dinner but we could for the character breakfast...
