Plaza Inn Pictures?

We are eating at the Plaza Inn for Breakfast for the first time and are getting the photo pass+. Is there a character photo taken when you arrive like at Goofy's Kitchen?

They take a photo of your group on the porch, but without any character.

While it is disappointing that it is not a character shot there, the photographers on that porch the last couple of years have been really good. As you have photopass +, they will take a couple of extra shots. Last year the guy (who I saw was still there this year, but was not who was assigned to us), took one of my all time ever favorite photos of DD. I have it framed in my office at work and also at my home. He also got one of the best family shots we have of us too, which is also framed at home. This year the lady that took our photos also got a great solo picture of DD along with a really good family shot.

You will find that unlike WDW where lots of people have photopass + and you get treated the same whether your have it or not, at DL where there is a larger local crowd, when they see that Photopass + card the photographers will often go out of their way to get you more pics and poses.

Is the no character new? I'm looking at a photopass + pic with chip (dale). It's from 2 years ago tho since we did goofys and surfs up last year.
