can any one tell me if the "open drinks" includes hot drinks as I dont really drink cold ones.

Afaik they are cold fountain drinks (like soda). If noone gets back to you before I'll ask next Monday

looking at the menu it's a bit silly - Cola is cheaper then coffee! I may ask nicely if I can have coffee included instead

The cola on that menu is in cans, the one that they serve unlimited is fountain (so made up syrup stuff) .. I don't see them letting you swap but you can always ask
