Other then the standard, 'nothing is guaranteed' -- are the Characters at Breakfast vs Dinner billed as being different or are they typically the same in the morning and evening?
Is it worth doing both to potentially see a variety of character? TIA

I have no idea, but I think it would be the same. Probably easier to schedule for the character department.

Mickey and Minnie are not at Breakfast. Sometimes they are at dinner, with the no guarantees caveat.
