Plaza Dessert Party - dates not showing up

I decided to move my trip back by a couple of days thanks to Irma, so I canceled our Plaza dessert party on 9/13. I was hoping to reschedule for later in our trip, but all the dates are greyed out on the calendar. Does that mean the dates are sold out? I was thinking that in the past, the dates were in blue even if it was sold out. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

They were blue up until the end of December just a few days ago, but the days I was checking (Dec. 27 - 29) were showing as not available (as in SOLD OUT) - BUT I've been checking every day for a couple of months so I'm pretty sure I didn't miss these dates being released and already selling out in a matter of a day. I think ultimately it means that they haven't released certain dates yet and not that it is already sold out. I really can't explain why it's switched from blue dates to gray dates though??? Disney Technological Magic at work???

FEA and HEA dessert parties were bookable on Monday. Yesterday, everything went grey. I'm wondering if Irma had them try to cancel out the next week, and they accidentally greyed out everything.

I wondered this as well - maybe they don't want to deal with scheduling these (and possibly canceling them) right now.

@LisaDKG & @FelisLachesis - As additional info, I just checked on several "extras" and the calendars are all greyed out. I think they've shut it down for now...

I'm not surprised. Their #1 priority, right now, is preparing for Irma. Everything else can wait.

All the dessert party dates are grayed out, first noticed it yesterday. On 9/3, I booked the Fireworks dessert party with Plaza Garden Viewing for 2/21/18. I decided yesterday that I wanted rebook for a different date and everything was grayed out from September on. Same is true for parties at Epcot and Studios as well.

just want to let you know, the dates that were blue are blue again. Nothing new has been added except everything within 180 days of the HEA dessert party. FEA is still stuck in December, EMM is still in October!

FYI, if you call Disney Dining they can book a dessert party for you even though it is greyed out online, as long as it is not sold out. I called yesterday and was able to book a party of 4 for the Plaza Garden view party for December 9th.
